Job Summary

Direct & Explicit Experience in Power Generation Sector is Mandatory - Non-Negotiable

This role supports the implementation and enforcement of HSSE activities to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Candidates must have at least 5 years of HSSE experience in a Power Plant environment.

Note: Candidates without direct power plant experience will not be considered.

Job Purpose

To prevent harm to people, equipment, and the environment by ensuring compliance with legal, organizational, and contractual HSSE standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering (or equivalent)
• NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or IEMA certification
• Membership in recognized HSSE institutions (e.g., IOSH, IEMA)

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years of HSSE experience in Power Plant operations
• Note: Candidates without direct power plant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and enforce Permit to Work systems
• Monitor HSSE performance through daily site tours and reporting
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness campaigns
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with contractors and regulators
• Ensure availability of PPE and safety materials
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
