HSE Officer - Emirati UAE

Job Title: HSE Officer (Emirati National)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Emirati HSE Officer to join our team, promoting and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. You'll conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and drive HSE initiatives in line with UAE regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments

- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

- Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs

- Monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies

- Support HSE initiatives and promote a safety culture

- Prepare reports on HSE performance and incidents

Requirements:

- Emirati national

- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field

- 2+ years experience in HSE role (fresh graduates with strong HSE knowledge considered)

- NEBOSH or similar HSE certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
