Job Title: HSE Officer (Oil and Gas)
Location: Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar
Salary: 5000 per month (Plus FAT provided by the company)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong safety culture.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and update all HSE documentation, including risk assessments, safety manuals, and incident logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address HSE concerns and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years in the oil and gas sector.
• Documentation: Must hold valid certifications and documentation relevant to the HSE field.
• Visa: Candidates must be on a freelance or own visa (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and incident investigation within the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage safety initiatives and liaise with diverse teams.
