HSE Officer (Outsourced – 4-Month Extendable Contract)

Safety Officer -Own residence visa with NOC: This is a 4-month contract role, renewable based on performance and business needs. Need to apply only if you can get NOC to work

Requirements:
We are currently looking for candidates who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Valid UAE Labour Card and Emirates ID.
• Profession on the Labour Card/Emirates ID should be related to the role, such as HSE Officer, Project Engineer, Diploma Engineer, or any other relevant project-related profession.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
• ISO 45001 certification (mandatory).

These are the key minimum requirements.

Responsibilities:
Implement, and maintain health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and suggest corrective actions.
Collaborate with teams to deliver safety training and orientation for new employees.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and suggesting preventive measures.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
Stay updated on regulations and industry trends, suggesting improvements to enhance safety culture.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on safe work practices.
Ensure compliance and promote best practices.Participate in incident response activities and emergency drills, offering guidance during emergencies.
Supporting with other Compliance focused documentation

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
