Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an experienced HSE Officer (QE LNG Approved) for an Oil & Gas / Industrial project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The candidate must have strong knowledge of QatarEnergy LNG safety standards and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) requirements
• Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts
• Support implementation of safety plans, emergency procedures, and corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation

Requirements:

• QE LNG Approval is mandatory
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW system, Risk Assessment, and Toolbox Talks
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate joining preferred
