Job Title: HSE Officer - Telecom & Power Projects
Location: Abu Dhabi | Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our Telecom & Power project sites. The role ensures adherence to UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and company policies while promoting a safe and healthy working environment across all project locations.

Key Highlights:

• Conduct HSE inductions, inspections, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions
• Monitor workplaces, enforce compliance, and stop unsafe acts or conditions
• Support Permit-to-Work systems and supervise HSE implementation on site
• Investigate incidents, conduct fire drills, and maintain HSE documentation
• Ensure compliance with TAQA / TRANSCO or similar authority HSE standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Mandatory HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, NVQ Level 3, IOSH, OSHA, etc.)
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in telecom, power, construction, or utility projects
• Knowledge of UAE HSE laws, OSHAD COPs, and permit-to-work systems
• UAE Driving License preferred
