HSE Officer

Location:- Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage QHSE management systems across a dispersed portfolio.
• Ensure full compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO 45001, NFPA) and Qatari regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Deliver QHSE training programs to staff and suppliers.
• Advise and instruct teams on health and safety-related topics.
• Enforce preventative measures and stop any unsafe acts or practices.
• Prepare incident reports and provide statistical data to management.
• Investigate workplace accidents and determine root causes.
• Assist in emergency response, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches.
• Support site supervisors as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (mandatory)
• Experience: 5–7 years in HSE roles, with strong data analysis & reporting skills.

Industry Background:

Experience in soft services or facilities management is an added advantage.
