HSE Officer

Responsibilities:

• 4 to 6 yrs experience
• Monitor day-to-day HSE operations and ensure all personnel are working safely, wearing PPE, and following best practices.
• Carry out accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain HSE documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, audits, permits, and safety logs.
• Conduct HSE inductions, safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all employees and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party auditors to ensure project compliance with HSE requirements.
• Support emergency response drills and ensure readiness of all emergency equipment and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Marine and/or Oil & Gas environments (offshore and onshore).
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory; additional HSE or industry certifications (IOSH, OSHA, BOSIET, OPITO) are a plus.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
