HSE / Safety Officer – Solar Construction

Location: Dubai-based, multi-site (solar park EPC projects)

Experience: Minimum 4 years in construction HSE, preferably with solar/renewables

Qualifications:

· Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field

· NEBOSH IGC compulsory; UAE labor law and driving license beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, monitor HSE plans tailored to large solar projects

· Conduct regular site inspections, audits, risk assessments, toolbox talks

· Investigate incidents/near-misses, prepare reports, enforce corrective measures

· Maintain documentation – training records, safety data, monthly HSE reports

· Lead daily/periodic safety briefings, emergency drills — promote zero-incident culture

Preferred Skills:

· ISO 45001/ISO 14001 experience

· OSHA, ISO auditor certifications advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
