HSE Specialist

• Subcontractor Management including reviewing the pre-qualifications of subcontractors and submit them to the client, e. g. certificates of personnel, third party inspection of equipment, work permit, medical examination, etc.;
• Supervision of site activities and tracking the close-out status of HSE observations;
• Coordinate with HSE relevant trainings;
• Engaged in Emergency Response Management, especially, in coordination with site medical team;
• Participate incident investigation and work on incident investigation report & corrective actions;
• Promote HSE incentives and disciplinary actions and disseminate HSE campaigns.
• Collect and submit HSE data to client as required periodically.
• Knowledge of Uzbekistan's HSE laws, regulations, and standards will be considered a plus.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE work experience
• Wind farm project experience – preferred
• Strong familiarity with HSE regulations, laws, and standards applicable in Uzbekistan – preferred
• NEBOSH (or equivalent), OSHA, IOSH
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Auditor – preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
