HSE Supervisor

1. Supervise QHSES regulatory and legal compliance requirements (e.g. OSHAD FR, ZonesCorp, EAD, ADM, etc)

2. Provide support to maintain QHSES legal register;

3. Supervise QHSES management system deliverables, process and operational controls;

4. Supervise QHSES team, subordinates, and their routine and non-routine activities and duty schedules;

5. Supervise the QHSES Risk Management Process;

6. Supervise QHSES training & competencies requirements (in-house and/or 3rd party);

7. Conduct and supervise QHSES inspections and compliance monitoring programmes;

8. Provide support for QHSES audits, certifications and accreditation programmes (internal, external, 3rd party);

9. Supervise QHSES meetings inputs and outputs (with internal, external or 3rd party participation);

10. Supervise QHSES communication & consultation (internal & external);

11. Supervise QHSES incidents investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learnt;

12. Supervise and maintain QHSES disciplinary actions procedures & QHSES incentives schemes;

13. Supervise and maintain emergency preparedness & response programmes;

14. Supervise and maintain fire safety inspection & governance programmes;

15. Supervise and maintain first aid and medical/health coverage requirements;

16. Provide necessary support to HR & Administration in pre and post-employment medical screening programme;

17. Maintain liaising with local authorities on relevant trainings & drills (e.g. civil defense, Jahizya trainings etc)

18. Maintain equipment calibration, testing and verification (internal and external/3rd party);

19. Support public health programmes (e.g. waste management, pest control, sanitization etc)

20. Supervise QHSES selection & control of subcontractors/suppliers;

21. Supervise and maintain QHSES reports and recordkeeping, dashboards and ERPs;

22. Supervise and maintain QHSES KPIs and SLAs; including benchmarking and continual improvement programmes and plans;

23. Supervise and enforce PPE standards across the board;

24. Supervise QHSES procurement needs;

25. Stop work in case of unsafe act/condition, allow work to resume only after adequate rectifications;

26. Other duties and responsibilities when requested by Sr. HSE Supervisor and/or QHSES Manager/HOD QHSES;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
