Technical HSE Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

· Maintain and update all HSE documentation including PTWs, risk assessments, TBT records, and inspection reports.

· Issue, record, and track internal Permit to Work (PTW) forms, ensuring all required safety measures are met.

· Keep accurate logs of all training sessions, inductions, and Toolbox Talks conducted for site personnel.

· Monitor and track validity of worker training certificates (TPCs) and ensure timely renewal notifications.

· Prepare and maintain IMS records, procedures, and checklists to support organizational compliance and audits.

· Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) of all HSE documents for easy retrieval during audits.

· Support in preparing HSE performance reports, statistics, and monthly updates for management review.

· Assist in developing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements, and emergency procedures.

· Conduct limited site visits as required to prepare task-specific risk assessments and verify compliance.

· Report HSE-related observations or concerns to the Deputy HSE Manager for necessary action.

· Advise departments and site teams on legal HSE requirements and safe working practices.

· Participate in accident and incident documentation, ensuring proper records are maintained.

· Attend internal and client HSE meetings and keep minutes, records, and follow-up on action items.

· Use CloseoutSoft software to feed, update, and manage all HSE-related data and documentation.

· Support HSE initiatives, awareness programs, and document readiness for internal and external audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
