Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all on-site HSE activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
- Ensure proper implementation of HSE plans for high-rise and villa construction projects
- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
- Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews
- Report, record, and assist in investigating incidents, near-misses, and accidents
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain safety standards
- Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, scaffolding, and excavation
- Ensure emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation procedures
- Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
- Support HSE audits and inspections by internal and external parties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in construction safety supervision
- Proven experience in high-rise and villa projects
- Good knowledge of local safety regulations and international HSE standards
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification (preferred)
