HSE Supervisor - Civil Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site HSE activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE plans for high-rise and villa construction projects
• Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions
• Assist in risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statement reviews
• Report, record, and assist in investigating incidents, near-misses, and accidents
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain safety standards
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, scaffolding, and excavation
• Ensure emergency preparedness, including fire safety and evacuation procedures
• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
• Support HSE audits and inspections by internal and external parties

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in construction safety supervision
• Proven experience in high-rise and villa projects
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations and international HSE standards
• First Aid and Fire Safety certification (preferred)
