HSE Trainer

Job Title: HSE Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs in compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. The candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture across worksites and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HSE training sessions for employees, workers, and contractors in line with UAE laws and regulations
• Deliver induction, refresher, and toolbox training programs
• Ensure training content aligns with local and international HSE standards
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
• Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
• Support safety awareness programs and audits
• Stay updated on UAE HSE laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, ADNOC, and other relevant UAE authorities (as applicable)

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or any graduate degree with NEBOSH IGC certification (highly preferred)
• Certified HSE Trainer (HABC/DCAS preferred)
• Proven experience as an HSE Trainer in the UAE
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to train diverse groups effectively
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
• Knowledge of Workplace/ Site safety regulations and risk management
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Must have own car (mandatory)

• Experience Level: 2-4 years experience in the same field
