The Health & Safety Analyst will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Security Control Room, ensuring safety, security, and compliance across office locations. This role requires continuous monitoring of electronic security systems, timely reporting, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to established SOPs and escalation protocols.

Monitor and report timing synchronization issues for NVR/DVR/VMS.
- Check network connectivity of security systems and coordinate with IT for resolving network-related issues.
- Retrieve video clippings based on business requirements and as per SOP.
- Monitor and report safety & security risk events according to prescribed communication protocols and escalation matrices.
- Monitor FAB premises/properties 24/7 and immediately report any suspicious activities to the concerned personnel.
- Carry out Electronic Security System (CCTV/PACS) health checks for all UAE offices based on a predefined schedule, evaluating:
- Camera coverage
- Image clarity
- Video loss
- Camera masks
- Privacy masks
- Hard disk health, etc.
- Monitor weather forecasts and notify staff/stakeholders of significant changes.
- Report facility issues received from security guards and inform BMS operators/Facility team.
- 24/7 monitoring of Access Control System to detect/avoid unauthorized access within the bank premises.
- Daily activation/deactivation of staff on-leave physical access cards.
- Verify all Police Alarm & Fire Alarm alerts with the respective branches.
- Monitor alerts triggered in the SPS monitor (ATM) and respond immediately.
- Ensure safe movement of bank assets by issuing gate passes and coordinating with site security in line with the bank’s Gate Pass SOP; report any related issues as per SOP.
- Coordinate with site security for VIP visitor management and reserved parking allocation as per approved policy.
- Maintain daily activity reports, SLA tracking, MIS, and KPI monitoring for the Global Command & Control Center; share all reports with the line manager.
- Monitor alerts triggered in the Physical Access Control System and respond immediately.
- Print and issue access cards ensuring approvals and required documents are in order.
- Cancel access privileges for resigned or terminated employees.
- Generate reports from the Physical Access Control System as per SOP.
- Perform any other responsibilities or projects assigned by management from time to time.
