HTML & Data Operations Associate

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our growing digital operations team. As an HTML & Data Operations Associate, you’ll work with data, content, and automation tools to ensure smooth information flow across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing data, exploring new tools, and supporting automation-driven content workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, clean, and update data across CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
• Work with CSV files, APIs, and OCR tools to extract and organize data efficiently.
• Perform data entry, research, uploading, and tagging across systems and tools.
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools to assist with text processing, translation, summaries, and automation tasks.
• Prepare reports and documentation using MS Office and Markdown formats.
• Apply basic mathematics for calculations and data validations.
• Handle HTML-formatted content for uploads, updates, and web-based editing.
• Translate content using online translation tools (multi-language knowledge is a plus).
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve automation and streamline workflows.

Skills & Tools Required:

• CRM Management (data entry, updates, tracking)
• API Handling (via tools like Zapier, Make, etc.)
• OCR Tools (extracting text from PDFs and images)
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ChatGPT & AI Tools (prompt writing, automation support)
• Basic Maths & Data Validation
• HTML / Markdown (basic formatting)
• CSV Handling & Data Upload
• Tagging, Categorization, and Data Labeling
• Online Translation Tools (Google Translate, DeepL, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical, analytical, or computer-related background preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital, and automation-driven environment.
