Summary

As a Hub Head at GOFO Inc, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Regional Sorting Centers and Distribution Centers. This position is essential for managing operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring that our ambitious expansion goals are met as we redefine the logistics landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
• Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
• Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
