Hub Spot CMS Developer Lead

We are urgently hiring a HubSpot CMS Developer Lead to join a strategic digital transformation project. This is a high-visibility role focused on designing and optimizing modern, secure, and high-performance web experiences using HubSpot CMS.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams from both Our Project team and the client side—spanning design, marketing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom HubSpot themes, modules, and templates using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Manage local development using HubSpot CLI, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• Enforce secure coding practices, access control, and vulnerability mitigation.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and WCAG-compliant accessibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, SEO, and backend teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and version control processes.
• Stay updated with evolving HubSpot CMS capabilities and best practices.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and assist with platform upgrades/migrations.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6–8 years of professional web development experience, with at least 3+ years of specialized experience in HubSpot CMS.
• Strong expertise in HubL, HubSpot Design Tools, and custom theme/module development.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CLI, Git, and GitHub Actions for local development and automated deployments.
• Solid front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Proven experience implementing secure coding practices following OWASP guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with HubSpot APIs, Serverless Functions, and REST integrations.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, Google Lighthouse, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Prior experience with enterprise-level or Fortune 500 clients.
• Additional proficiency in WordPress is a plus.
