HubSpot Campaign Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The HubSpot Campaign Specialist is responsible for building multi-channel assets (emails, landing pages, and workflows), managing lead generation, segmenting audiences, analyzing performance data, and implementing automation to improve conversion rates.

They develop and use their knowledge of the various aspects of marketing, sales, advertising, customer success, and business development to take the lead on optimizing HubSpot performance and alignment with each department's strategic vision, objectives, goals, and requirements in order to translate them into recommendations and actions and increase their capacity to drive business.

The HubSpot Campaign Specialist will set up and customize the platform to meet business needs, including managing workflows, user permissions, and integrations with other software.

This position will share knowledge and best practice and train new or existing users. This position requires frequent face-to-face meetings and works with sales and marketing teams.

This is an in-office position and is not eligible for teleworking.

Salary: $53,174-$56,174

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign execution

  • Develops, executes, and tests sales and marketing campaign automation.
  • Creates custom modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities to enhance user experience and support specific sales, customer success, business development, and marketing processes.
  • Uses design skills to build conversion-focused HubSpot landing pages and clone/redesign landing pages.
  • Develops, executes, and tests sales and marketing campaign automation.

Landing Page Creation and Design

  • Creates landing pages for event registrations and lead capture.
  • Uses UX experience to build landing pages with a logical flow that focuses on one action and one offer.
  • Works with editor to ensure every word on the landing page is clear and concise.
  • Uses knowledge of color theory, typology, and design principles to design a creative and thoughtful on-brand site.
  • Has a laser focus on the call to action.
  • Works closely with supervisor to identify and develop strategies for improving customer engagement.
  • Desired HubSpot Academic Certifications: HubSpot SEO to improve the search visibility of landing pages and Email Marketing for creating landing pages that align with lead nurturing campaigns.

Data management, integrity, analysis, and reporting

  • Ensures accuracy, completeness and cleanliness of customer data by performing regular audits and maintenance.
  • Generates reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Technical Proficiency

  • Skilled in CRM with 2+ years of experience with enterprise-grade solutions for web and mobile platforms
  • Expected HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Certification, and Service Hub.
  • Proficient in Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Foundational skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Other

  • Works on a team structure that relies upon and prefers spontaneous, in-person brainstorming and communication.
  • Supports others in learning to use HubSpot.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and required by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Associate's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or visual communication with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Lucid Charts.
  • Technical proficiency in HubSpot with expected certifications.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is critical. Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is preferred. GSuite and Gmail; strong Excel skills
  • Ability to build a project plan, manage to scope and timelines, and consistently meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to follow directions for writing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and to recognize when an SOP needs to be written.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas. Excellent attention to detail and impeccable follow-up.
  • Able to work and thrive in an open suite, highly collaborative office environment.
  • Can communicate with respect for a range of purposes, including but not limited to communicating with peers and non-peers, promoting a healthy organizational culture, effective listening, providing feedback, and sharing decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to use a computer and phone for up to 8 hours/ day, with breaks and lunch
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds on occasion
  • Availability to travel on occasion
