About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance HubSpot Developer who doesn’t just “use” HubSpot — but understands how to build scalable systems inside it.

If you know how to:

  • Create dashboards that actually matter

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build automated systems that generate, nurture, and convert leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. HubSpot CRM Management

  • Set up and maintain HubSpot CRM structure
  • Create custom properties, pipelines & lifecycle stages
  • Manage contact segmentation and database hygiene
  • Lead scoring & qualification setup

2. Marketing Automation

  • Build and optimize workflows
  • Develop email marketing campaigns (nurture, drip, re-engagement)
  • Create landing pages and forms within HubSpot
  • A/B testing and performance optimization

3. Sales Enablement

  • Configure deal pipelines and automation
  • Implement task automation for sales teams
  • Align marketing and sales funnel stages

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Create dashboards and performance reports
  • Track MQL, SQL, and revenue attribution
  • Provide data-driven insights and improvement strategies

5. Integrations & Technical Tasks

  • Integrate HubSpot with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier, and third-party tools
  • API-based integrations (preferred)
  • Website tracking & conversion tracking setup

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada preferred)
  • Understanding of sales funnels & buyer journeys
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub / Sales Hub / CRM)
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B companies
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience managing large contact databases
