Hubspot Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a HubSpot Developer to support our team in configuring and optimizing HubSpot CRM for clients. In this role, you will implement, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights to help clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to optimize business operations.
• Develop custom CRM cards and UI extensions to enhance visibility.
• Set up and optimize workflows, sequences, automation, A/B testing, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the integration of HubSpot with third-party systems and applications (knowledge of public/private apps).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for HubSpot users.
• Develop and document long-term HubSpot strategies for clients.
• Report on key performance metrics, offering data-driven recommendations.Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry trends to provide the best solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience as a HubSpot Developer in above mentioned areas.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, sales pipelines, and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, CMS Developer, Integration with HubSpot) are highly preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot integrations and API connections.
• Proficiency in other CRM software (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus point
