Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD optimization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly automated cloud environments on AWS.
This role requires hands-on expertise in building automated pipelines, provisioning infrastructure through code, improving deployment efficiency, and enhancing system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of AWS services.
  • Build reusable modules and templates for scalable infrastructure deployment.
  • Ensure environments are version-controlled and reproducible.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
  • Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
  • AWS CodePipeline & CodeBuild
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications.
  • Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies.
  • Reduce manual deployment steps and improve release frequency.
  • Manage and optimize AWS services including:
  • EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda
  • S3, RDS, DynamoDB
  • VPC, IAM, Route 53
  • CloudWatch, CloudTrail
  • Implement cost optimization strategies.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Build and manage containerized workloads using Docker.
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).
  • Automate container build and deployment pipelines.
  • Implement centralized logging and monitoring solutions.
  • Automate alerting and incident response workflows.
  • Improve system reliability and performance using observability tools.
  • Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate security scanning (SAST/DAST, container scanning).
  • Enforce IAM policies and least privilege access.
  • Support DevSecOps practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Preferred Skills
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud security best practices.
  • Experience in high-availability production environments.
