About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Analyst with expertise in Joget DX to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% Work-From-Home job and you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Joget DX, a leading low-code/no-code application development platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver effective solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Joget DX, adhering to best practices and coding standards

· Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document them clearly

· Configure and customize Joget DX applications to meet specific business needs

· Integrate Joget DX with other systems and APIs using appropriate methods

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Joget DX applications

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance to Joget DX applications

· Stay up-to-date with the latest Joget DX features and best practices

· Participate in knowledge sharing and training activities within the team

· Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

· Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or similar role

· Proven experience with Joget DX, including designing, developing, and deploying applications

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic fluency a plus)

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively

· Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL) and web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
