Key Activities:

Assessment & Gap Analysis

  • Review current HC digitalization practices, policies, and systems.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and capability gaps against organizational objectives and workforce needs.
  • Frame findings around capability requirements (e.g., automation, analytics, employee experience)

Benchmarking

  • Compare HC digitalization practices with leading national, regional, and global examples
  • Highlight relevant case studies and capability-building technologies applicable to the Saudi context.
  • focus on benchmarking digital HR capabilities such as AI-driven insights, process automation, and data governance.

Strategy Development

  • Design a Human Capital Digitalization Strategy aligned with overall business strategy and workforce transformation goals.
  • Define guiding principles, strategic objectives, and digital capability priorities (e.g., efficiency, agility, automation).

Action Plan & Roadmap

  • Develop a phased action plan (short, medium, long-term) with key initiatives to enhance HC capabilities.
  • Define required outcomes and success measures for each initiative.
  • Recommend capability areas (e.g., automation, AI, self-service platforms), while deferring specific tool identification to IT .

Data & Analytics Enhancement

  • Identify key HR metrics and data sources needed to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Recommend capabilities for real-time analytics, workforce planning, and predictive insights.

Awareness & Engagement

  • Conduct awareness sessions and workshops to build leadership and employee understanding of the digitalization strategy.
  • Develop communication materials to support stakeholder engagement and promote digital mindset.

Change Management

  • Design a change management framework to support adoption of new capabilities and practices.
  • Recommend capacity-building and training initiatives for HR and business users to embed digital competencies.
  • Support alignment with IT-led implementation plans and ensure coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
