Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Provide end-to-end support and expertise for all stages of the survey lifecycle, including planning, communications, program management, data analysis, reporting, leader briefings, and ad hoc analytic requests.
  • Lead thorough analysis of survey data, update analytical scripts and methods, conduct quality control on reports and presentation materials, and ensure all deliverables meet agency standards before submission to senior leadership.
  • Apply knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline, utilizing advanced skills in applied research, data analysis, and data visualization to deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and modernize analytic practices, rapidly assimilating new information and producing creative solutions to enhance client survey programs and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
  • 5 + years of experience working with survey methodology, data analysis, and reporting
  • 2 + years of experience in statistical analysis software (such as R, Python, SPSS, or SAS) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred
  • 1 + years of experience working with Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology
