Human Capital Trainee (Tamheer)

AlWatania Information Systems is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Capital Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer program. As a Human Capital Trainee at AlWatania, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of human resources and talent management. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and other HR initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and creating orientation materials.
• Assist with employee relations activities, including organizing team-building events and employee recognition programs.
• Support the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee surveys, and policy development.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices through research and attending relevant training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• For Saudi nationals only.
• Enrollment in the Tamheer program is required.
• Passionate about a career in Human Resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred.
