HUMAN RESOURCE AND PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Doha, Qatar

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Procurement, or Administrative roles

- Strong knowledge of HR processes (employee relations, payroll coordination, etc.)

- Familiar with procurement procedures such as sourcing and purchasing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and organizational skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR or procurement software is an advantage

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
