This position will play a critical role in the human resources department, with providing support in the following areas:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by scheduling interviews, coordinating background screening, prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll process by reviewing timecards
  • Heath benefits administration
  • Leave of absence support
  • Key administrative tasks supporting the HR department


The ideal candidate will:

  • have excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • have strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and to navigate sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism
  • be proficient with or adept at learning payroll, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar software systems
  • be a team player
  • experience in HR or related field (preferred, not required)
