Key Responsibilities
1. Business Metrics & Reporting
- Track headcount, hiring status, attrition, attendance, and productivity.
- Review monthly business metrics and share insights with leadership.
- Monitor cost, overtime, and manpower budget utilisation.
2. Manpower & Recruitment Support
- Coordinate with centres to understand staffing needs.
- Follow up on open positions, interview feedback, and onboarding.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth joining process.
3. Performance & Productivity
- Support managers in goal-setting and appraisals.
- Track performance issues and follow improvement plans.
- Review productivity numbers and report deviations.
4. Process Follow-Up with Business Centres
- Ensure all HR processes and SOPs are followed across centres.
- Review daily/weekly attendance, shift plans, and compliance reports.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely closure.
5. Employee Relations & Culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Promote engagement activities, feedback sessions, and culture initiatives.
- Ensure a positive, supportive work environment.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across centres.
- Track training completion and effectiveness.
- Support leadership development and skill-building programs.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory norms, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain updated records and ensure accurate monthly HR inputs.
