We are seeking a strategic and proactive
HR Business Partner
to work closely with plant leadership in building a motivated, skilled, and engaged workforce at
Novatex, Landhi, Pakistan
(Company transport will be provided).
Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to plant leadership, driving HR strategies that support business objectives. You will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations, leveraging SAP HR systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:

Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership on all HR matters, aligning people strategies with business goals.

Analyze workforce trends, turnover data, and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for improving productivity and engagement.

Support business planning by forecasting workforce needs and developing talent strategies to address skill gaps.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned plant positions, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees, including orientation and role-specific training.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
-
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and guiding managers on disciplinary actions.

Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess morale and implement improvement initiatives.

Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion, and ethical behavior.
Performance Management & Development:

Implement and manage performance management processes, ensuring timely goal setting, feedback, and reviews.

Conduct learning needs assessments, coordinate learning programs, and track training effectiveness.
HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR data in SAP HR modules.

Monitor HR policies and procedures for compliance with labor laws, company standards, and health & safety regulations.

Lead HR reporting and analytics to provide management with insights on workforce trends, attrition, and productivity.
Collaboration with Corporate HR:

Serve as a bridge between the plant and corporate HR, ensuring alignment and smooth implementation of HR programs.

Assist in the rollout of organizational initiatives, policy changes, and corporate culture programs at the plant level.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent Masters level education.

6–8 years of progressive HR experience
, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) modules.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
