Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work culture.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a similar business partner role).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
