Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Support performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a similar business partner role).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
