Details:

• Pay rate: $26-$28/hr.
• Shift - 8:am to 4:00pm, Mon-Fri
• Temporary contract position with Raise with potential for fulltime with ADM.
• Completion of Background Check required before offer.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource in Decatur, IL to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Attendance is key to performing the job.

• Organize active and terminated colleague files. This includes sorting through existing files and documents and modifying the existing filing system for HR Records.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Basic office equipment such as computer and a scanner.
• Must demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and maintain good organizational skills. Must have an attention to detail and be able to prioritize.
• Must have computer skills.
• Must be able to work with confidential information.

Job Qualification:

• Some experience in filing functions, preferably in an HR office.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English or Spanish language.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Educational Qualification:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
