We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive local HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and daily HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., attendance, leaves, overtime)
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
  • Coordinate visa processing, medicals, and other administrative HR tasks (if applicable)
  • Support performance management processes and appraisals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR functions and UAE labor laws is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼7,000.00 per month
