We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive local HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and daily HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., attendance, leaves, overtime)
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
- Coordinate visa processing, medicals, and other administrative HR tasks (if applicable)
- Support performance management processes and appraisals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of HR functions and UAE labor laws is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
