1. Sourcing Resumes From Various Job Portals.
2. Reviewing Resumes And Applications.
3. Conducting Recruitment Interviews And Providing The Necessary Inputs During The Hiring Process.
4. Co-Coordinating With Recruitment Agencies To Source For Candidates For Specific Job Positions.
5. Maintaining HR Records, Such As Those Related To Compensation, Health And Medical Insurance.
6. Communicating And Explaining The Organization's HR Policies To The Employees.
7. Preparing And Submitting All Relevant HR Letters/Documents/Certificates As Per The Requirement Of Employees In Consultation With The Management.
8. Recording, Maintaining And Monitoring Attendance To Ensure Employee Punctuality.
9. Conducting Employee Orientation And Facilitating Newcomers Joining Formalities.
10. Maintaining And Regularly Updating Master Database (Personal File, Personal Database, Etc.) Of Each Employee.
11. Escalating To The Right Level Depending On The Nature Of The Grievance Or Issue.
12. Preparing Letters Such As Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, And Experience & Relieving Letters.
13. Conducting Exit Interviews For Employees And Recording Them Accordingly.
14. Engaging With Employees On A Regular Basis To Understand The Motivation Levels Of People In The Organization.
15. Attendance Management And Leave Management.
16. Assist In Monthly Payroll.
17. Coordinating With Consultants And Candidates For Scheduling Appointments With The Management Team For Sourcing.
18. Assist With Day To Day Operations Of The HR Functions And Duties.
19. Reviewing Job Descriptions For All Positions At Regular Intervals And Updating Them In Consultation With The Respective Managers.
