a. To complete the joining formalities of newly joined employee including opening Bank Account, Provident Fund, ESI Forms.
b. To ensure that all personnel files are up-to-date
c. To review the working conditions of all employees in the Hotel with emphasis on safety, sanitation, ventilation and light, and suggest improvements whenever necessary
d. To co-ordinate with cafeteria food vendor for the smooth operation and to ensure the availability of food coupons for
e. To maintain an effective system of attendance and leave record in the organisation
f. To ensure that staff receive timely and proper medical attention and visit employees who are sick
g. Stores all records generated by employment function as required by the hotel management, insurance company
h. Communicates all information required by other departments in the hotel, governmental agencies, and insurance company
i. Assist HRM with the preparation of all inputs to the payroll and checking of hours worked by employees.
j. Assists the HRM as required depending on experience e.g; interviewing, reviewing the manpower requirements of the Hotel in consultation with the departmental heads, and also to assist/ participate in the recruitment and selection of employees
k. Process all information submitted by job applicants such as application forms and CV’s.
l. Processes all records created by hotel personnel in selection process such as interview notes, reference check forms, etc.
m. Processes all information by the new hire for distribution to the relevant Head of Department, the Accounting Department, insurance companies and the government agencies.
n. Provides other departments with information on employee status as it relates to: Salary and wage rates, position titles, vacation leave, personal, bereavement leave and disciplinary records.
o. Maintain and upkeep all other related files and data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
