Human Resource Executive

We are a fast-growing organization looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job openings on various job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Source and screen resumes to match job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct telephonic/initial HR rounds for shortlisted candidates.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

3. Employee Engagement & Support

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.
• Support in employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
• Assist in handling basic employee relations matters.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain proper filing of HR documents and compliance records.
• Support in policy implementation and HR process improvement.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment / Admin.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Eager to learn and build a career in HR.
