We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with around 3 years of experience to lead core HR operations and support both technical and non-technical recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently executing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and leave tracking, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles: job posting, resume screening, coordination of interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help in building talent pipelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in offering documentation and onboarding coordination
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, induction scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, managing full & final settlements, and completing clearance formalities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheet compliance
- Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support the preparation of HR reports and internal communications
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to, and help with compliance-related tasks
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and competitor HR strategies.
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment. Prior exposure to international recruitment will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
