Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for teaching and support staff positions.
  • Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing the selection process, and extending offers.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the school environment and understand school policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, local education regulations, and school policies.

Payroll Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration: Administer the school's payroll system, ensuring all staff members are paid accurately and on time.
  • Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, ensuring smooth administration and enrollment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Tax and Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and other employment laws related to compensation.

Other Related Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and productive work culture within the school.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices in the education sector.
  • Training & Development: Identify staff training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance staff performance and career growth.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal system, providing guidance to managers and ensuring the process is fair and effective.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,892.36 - ₹30,000.00 per month
