Position: HR Executive (Male/Female candidates can apply)

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance, while ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding)
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, documentation, and exit process
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and employee databases
• Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines
• Support performance management and appraisal processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (Freshers with HR knowledge can apply)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of basic labour laws and HR practices (preferred)
