Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
  • Training & Development
  • Organize training sessions for technical staff, operators, and office employees.
  • Monitor skill development and employee performance.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in appraisals, performance reviews, and goal setting.
  • Implement reward & recognition policies.
  • General HR Operations
  • Draft HR policies and SOPs suited for a manufacturing setup.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities (F&F, relieving letters, etc.).
  • Ensure workplace safety awareness in coordination with the Admin/Operations team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
