Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
- Training & Development
- Organize training sessions for technical staff, operators, and office employees.
- Monitor skill development and employee performance.
- Performance Management
- Assist in appraisals, performance reviews, and goal setting.
- Implement reward & recognition policies.
- General HR Operations
- Draft HR policies and SOPs suited for a manufacturing setup.
- Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities (F&F, relieving letters, etc.).
- Ensure workplace safety awareness in coordination with the Admin/Operations team.
