Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
· Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters
· Oversee statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and other labor laws
· Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
· Support payroll inputs and leave/attendance management
· Coordinate training and development initiatives
· Ensure smooth branch-level HR operations and act as a liaison between employees and management
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
· 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing/service sector preferred)
· Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws)
· Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
· Willingness to travel between branches as required
