Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support & Candidate Coordination

  • Review and adapt job profiles as per directions from the HR Manager.
  • Source potential candidates through online job portals, databases, and professional platforms in line with the given job criteria.
  • Circulate job openings across relevant groups and networks to ensure visibility.
  • Connect with shortlisted applicants for preliminary (Round 1) interviews.
  • Verify CV details
  • Introduce the organization and communicate the role expectations
  • Forward candidate profiles and assessments to the HR Manager for further consideration.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, interviews, and outcomes.
  • Share weekly recruitment reports and progress summaries with the HR Manager.

Internship & College Liaison

  • Reach out to colleges and training institutes to build partnerships for internship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with academic placement cells for intern requirements and onboarding processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
