We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about HR operations, talent acquisition, and want to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and support daily HR operations. Ensure smooth office and HR administrative processes.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment data.
  • Excel & Reporting: Create and maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel. Support data-driven HR decisions.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Help organize training programs, engagement activities, and respond to employee queries related to HR policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, admin, or recruitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
