Job Title: Sr. HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Rajouri Garden, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Handle employee engagement activities and create a positive work culture.

Manage employee grievances effectively with empathy and professionalism.

Oversee compliance, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and people-handling skills.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR.
