Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and maintaining employee records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
• Prepare HR-related reports as required (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining a healthy work culture and positive employee relations
