Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance support. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of managing high-volume hiring and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support teams (job posting to joining).
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Manage onboarding formalities and induction sessions.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Track attendance, leaves, and working hours.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for salary inputs and deductions.
  • Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy in Keka / HRMS / Excel records.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities (monthly events, celebrations, feedback sessions).
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Support in retention initiatives and improving employee experience.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain HR records, offer letters, ID proofs, and other employee documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
  • Assist in audits and HR reporting.

5. Probation Management

  • Track confirmation, performance reviews, and probation extensions.
  • Support managers with feedback and appraisal documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and HRMS software (Keka, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of HR compliance and payroll.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in HR / Business Administration).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Experience in sales or field hiring will be an added advantage.

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance incentives
