Job Role:

The HR Executive will play a key role in talent acquisition and general HR functions, with approximately 70% of the role dedicated to recruitment activities.

This position involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs, while also supporting other HR initiatives such as employee relations and compliance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years focused on recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including Boolean search techniques and AI-driven sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
