With multiple BPO centres operating under our umbrella, our HR function plays a pivotal role in managing workforce efficiency and employee engagement at every location.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team at our Vikaspuri office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR operations of the assigned BPO centre, ensuring smooth hiring, employee management, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On boarding:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for the BPO centre – sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet the manpower requirements of the centre.
• Conduct induction programs for new employees.

Employee Database Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Track attrition, employee movement.

Grievance Redressal:

• Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and grievances at the centre.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
