Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Identify hiring needs across departments such as dealers, cashiers, hosts, marketing, housekeeping, security, and operational staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage the recruitment database.
  • Handle documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintain HR records and update recruitment dashboards.
  • Build strong relationships with institutes, training centres, and local talent sources.
  • Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience; gaming/poker/hospitality recruitment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hiring for operational roles (e.g., dealers, cashiers, F&B, hosts).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring for multiple shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
