Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
- Identify hiring needs across departments such as dealers, cashiers, hosts, marketing, housekeeping, security, and operational staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
- Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future requirements.
- Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage the recruitment database.
- Handle documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain HR records and update recruitment dashboards.
- Build strong relationships with institutes, training centres, and local talent sources.
- Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience; gaming/poker/hospitality recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of hiring for operational roles (e.g., dealers, cashiers, F&B, hosts).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring for multiple shifts.
