Roles And Responsibilities :

• Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, and developing strategies to attract talent.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR data and analytics, and handling HR information systems.
• Overseeing the performance evaluation process and providing guidance on improvement and career growth.
• Handling employee grievances, conducting conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
